Spirit Resilience offer a free stress audit to identify whether stress is an issue in your organisation.
Staff stress levels can be difficult to quantify, individuals may feel too afraid of telling the truth for fear of the consequences. This is a difficult situation for all concerned carrying a high risk of presenteeism with individuals turning up for work despite high levels of stress, unable to perform but also unwilling to seek help. Research shows presenteesim to be a big issue – impacting more on organisations than absenteeism.
Why not take advantage of our free stress check? This could take the form of a one-to-one meeting with a manager, or a facilitated meeting with a group of up to six managers. Both provide a chance to explore the extent to which stress may be an issue for individuals, teams or whole organisations, including the likely causes and possible solutions. There is no obligation to take things further.
