Line Manager Training for Mind


Delighted to be partnering Havant and East Hants Mind (HEHM), delivering Line Manager training as part of their exciting new offer for employers which helps them answer that ‘where on earth do I start with wellbeing and mental health?’ and ‘where can I access those services?’ questions.

HEHM now offer a range of options to employers including an initial discussion and/or assessment to help identify which of the various services on offer will best meet the individual needs of the organisation. In addition to delivering a range of training and support to meet those needs, they can also signpost employers to local groups and support that will also help achieve their wellbeing goals. This approach reflects that there is no one size fits all when it comes to the wellbeing of staff. It can be hard to figure out what to do and how the various actions might connect together.

The services on offer include a Wellbeing Assessment Audit, Line Manager training, training AND support for Mental Health First Aiders, Resilience Training, Stress Management training, Refresh of Employee Assessment and Mind one to one support”. Am really looking forward to being part of this great team!
